New opportunities at SEN
The Social Enterprise Network has just been awarded a new Lead Agency contract to deliver social enterprise support on Merseyside.
Under the terms of the new contract, SEN will receive funding to deliver a package of resources including developing bid libraries, producing an inter-trading directory and helping co-ordinate a director bank for new and existing social businesses. To achieve this, we are recruiting a completely new staff team over the next three months – watch this space and specialist press for further details.
While the new team is being recruited, SEN still needs to deliver a number of services under this contract. Therefore we are offering opportunities to Merseyside social enterprises to bid for discrete pieces of work which can be completed by 31 March 2006.
If your organisation wishes to be considered, please submit an expression of interest to ssp@chief-executives.sefton.gov.uk by Tuesday 31 January , stating which area (or areas) of work you would like to be considered for. You will then be contacted to discuss the proposal in more depth.
